Abhijit Dubey Appointed CEO of NTT DATA's Global Operations Outside Japan
NTT DATA announced the appointment of Abhijit Dubey as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its global business outside Japan, marking a pivotal move to drive the company’s growth trajectory forward. With a workforce of 150,000 employees worldwide, Dubey will spearhead NTT DATA’s efforts in leveraging its extensive capabilities in consulting, infrastructure, AI, Cloud, and cybersecurity to deliver significant impact.
This leadership transition follows the merger of NTT DATA and NTT Ltd, consolidating into a formidable global entity with revenues exceeding $30 billion, all operating under the NTT DATA brand. Previously serving as CEO of NTT Ltd, Dubey brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to his new role.
“I am excited about the opportunity to lead NTT DATA in its next phase of growth”, remarked Dubey on his appointment. He emphasized NTT DATA’s strategic positioning and expressed confidence in driving innovation and fostering continued success globally.
Kazuhiro Nishihata, Dubey’s predecessor, expressed confidence in Dubey’s leadership, affirming his capability to steer NTT DATA towards accelerated growth while maintaining a focus on innovation.
